HOME INSPECTIONS

The Yearns Organization LLC. is a Black-owned Home Inspection company serving Northern New Jersey. Our lead inspector is Damond Yearns (NJ Home Inspector License # 24GI00207200). We understand that purchasing a home may be the largest and one of the most stressful decisions one can make. We provide our clients with a thorough inspection of the following systems and components: Exterior, Structural, Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating/Cooling, Interior, Insulation/ Ventilation, Fireplace/Chimney and Appliances. Our inspections average 2.5 - 3 hours and are done in accordance with the NJ Standards of Practice. Within 48-hours after the inspection, we send our clients a detailed narrative report with pictures that objectively documents the home's condition.
